When written support is needed...

When Written Support Is Needed

In some cases, we may ask for concerns to be submitted in writing.

Usually this is only necessary for:

- technical investigations

- warranty claims

- vehicle damage allegations

- formal complaints

- regulatory escalations

- situations where photos/videos or documentation are needed

This helps us:

- investigate thoroughly

- review technical details properly

- maintain accurate records

- resolve issues fairly

Random quality-control audits may also be carried out to maintain standards across our network.

If your vehicle is selected for audit, we will contact you and arrange a time and date and the audit will take about 30 minutes
