General overview

Here at Autonox we care about the quality of the products we supply and fit to our

customers vehicles. A lot of time has been spent sourcing products that meet our

exacting standards, however from time to time products can go faulty.

Within the first year of installation

If your product fails within the anniversary of the first year of installation the

product will be replaced free of charge.

Between second year and three years

Some of the products come with more than 12 months manufacturers warranty.

Should one of these devices failure we will charge an service call fee which will

cover replacing the product and sending the product back.

Multiple service calls

In the case that we are unable to solve your issues please see out refund policy. In

the case that the issue is with faults generated by not using a canbus system

correctly we reserve the right to refuse any refunds. There are other options which

we reserve the right to offer an alternative product to the same price or higher.

Fit own services

We offer a 12 month warranty on the labour only. Should one of your devices fail

we will attend free of charge to check the connections and the install. We will then

test the connection using one of our devices. If our device works and yours

doesn’t we will deem that the product is at fault. We will remove the product at this

point (not any hardwiring kits) and it is your responsibility to send it back to where

you have brought it from. A report will be generated to help you with any warranty

claims. Generally you are able to re fit the device yourself but should you choose

to have us do this for you then a charge would be applicable on the second visit.

Definitions

Manufactures Warranty - This is the warranty that comes with the devices and is

supported by the manufactures. For example a Thinkware dashcam has a 12

months warranty and a Road Angel dash cam has 36 months warranty. The

warranty states that the devices should be returned to the manufacturer in the

original box.

Labour Warranty - This is the warranty that applies to the installation and

workmanship provided by Autonox. This extends from 12 months past the date of

installation.

User Error - This is a fault created by misuse of the system wether inadvertent or

intentional.

Refund - A refund will be returned to you in the same manner that you paid us

within 10 working days of products
